How do i post photos if i want to do a ptr????

I have looked all over the forums and can't find out how to do this!!!
I want to do a PTR but I do not know how to put pictures into my post, I am a bit of a technophobe, please can someone help me?? sorry if I have posted to wrong bit but don't know where else to put it!!!

Try starting an account on photobucket.com. Upload your photos. It's really easy. You may need to resize them if they're huge, but that's easy too. View the photo, across the top will given you the option to resize. I go with Large. Then you just copy & paste the IMG Code. Super easy! Good luck!!
