How do I post a photo?

I've been posting on here for awhile now, and I still can't get a photo to post. Do I have to have a certain number of posts or what is the deal?

Thank you, thank you spiceycat! I was trying to add it to my signature and now I have. I appreciate all your help. I was beginning to think I was a moron. I loved this pic of my boys so much I thought I had to have it as my signature line. Thanks again!
