How do I order a special dessert?

When Peter and I go on our honeymoon we are going to eat at CRT. This is where he proposed to me and I wanted to have them bring out that cool glass slipper dessert. My questions are where do I call to set this up, how far in advance do I call, and does anyone know how much this costs? I already have a reservation for the restaurant.

For Cinderella's Royal Table, you can call Disney's general Cake Hotline (407-827-2253) and follow the prompts to get to CRT. I would call about 2 weeks out. The chocolate slipper dessert is usually about $15.
