How do I make my son grow 2 inches

What do you mean, make him grow two inches? For getting on rides??

Personal I feel if they are not tall enough to ride a particular ride, they shouldn't ride. Disney didn't make the height requirements to ruin someones vacation, but for the safety of their patrons. Have him drink a lot of milk, and I am sure next year he will be able to enjoy all those rides, he isn't tall enough for this year!

not what you want to hear, but there isn't much you can do to make the poor guy taller. the shoes with the thick soles are out of style so you probably won't be able to find those...and even if you did....that might not be the best route to take.

i have two shorty mcshort shorts myself and we have battled this problem for a long time. they have the guts and desire to ride everything, but not the height.

my advise.....start prepping him now that their may be stuff that are only for much bigger kids, but "there will be SO MUCH COOL STUFF THAT YOU CAN DO. if there is something that you want to do and it is close, we can try but if the worker there says no...it is just because they want you to be safe. don't be sad, be happy and we can go do something else. when you are taller we can go back and you will have new things to try. "

some suggestions:
if you try for a ride and he gets turned away......don't try another one that he might not make for a while. make your next few rides/attractions ones he can definately go on.

if you don't get angry and upset with the CM that turns you away...he will be far less likely to.

if his heart is set on a ride you know he has no way of making it on....and you and or others in your party want to ride it....have a heart and someone take him for a treat or on a different ride or attraction while everyone else enjoys what he can't have.

again, if he is at all reasonable and able to compromise, the above suggestions might work. just for goodness sakes, don't take him there with him thinking he can do it all. you are just setting him (and yourself) up for sadness and anger.
