How do I log on passholder site with voucher

I bought my Ap voucher at Disney store and would like to know how to log onto disneyworld site with it.

Hi! I have a FL Res Seasonal Pass, and when I tried to log on using the voucher information, I just couldn't make it work. It seemed to be missing a set of numbers. I called Disney, they provided the extra numbers, and POOF! I was logged in.

When I had my Disney Store voucher this summer, I used the 3rd choice (at the bottom of the passholder page). I remember I had to adjust the numbers slightly (like adding in or taking out some zeros) to make it work. I think there was an extra set of numbers after the letter code that I didn't use... Don't forget to put your name in at the top too. And use the same name once you have successfully logged in with the voucher.

Yeah, but I just couldn't make it work. When I called, I remember that she gave me some numbers I didn't have. It was a year ago, so my memory is a little fuzzy. But I do remember thinking, "Ok, THOSE are the numbers I need!" I'd have saved myself some frustration if I'd called sooner!

Sometimes the site itself is down, too.

Any luck yet?

It must have been site issues before or maybe combo of me not putting name in and trying to use everything. I got it to work Thank you.
