How do I log into annual passholder site?

OK, I have tried every number on my pass and still haven't fiqured out what number they want in the bottom block. Can someone please help?

Do you have another computer you could try on? When I had my AP I couldn't access it from my laptop and I thought is was a problem with the site or my AP numbers, but it was my computer. I don't remember what exactly, but it worked on our other computers.

On the bottom of you ticket it will say the park you got it at, followed by a 3 digit number then they date and then another number to the left of the date.

for example:

WAK:123 09/09/05 123

I had the same problem the other night. Someone here helped me out. So, I guess it's my turn.

The problem I had was with the "TR:" #. Type in only the last 3 or 4 numbers after the space between the numbers. ex: TR: 123 456 type in 456.

Thanks everyone. Apparently the pass-holder site doesn't like laptops. When I put the same info into my desktop it worked.

I think it's the laptops that are owned by females--it liked my DH's laptop ok.
