How do I leave a room review or resort review?

I can't seem to see anything over on the rate/review page that lets you leave a review or rating.

Never mind! I must have looked at the review page for 1/2 hour before I saw where to post!

Now I tried again, and can't see it again! I obviously am missing a page somewhere along the line!

It looks to me like there are not room review on the DVC properties though some seemed to have added BCV and BWV into the "regular or inn" section.
EDIT: I found it in a seperate section, others must be having the same problem, thus the BWv posts in the BWI.

Here is a link to OKW and after the photo and text blob there is a review button, approx. 3/4 to the right.
