Ok, since I am not technically Atkins or WW, I still want to kick the sugar habit for good, so I am officially starting the Alex Challenge now...
so... what do I do?
My plan is to eliminate all refined sugars/flours and keep low fat (no krispie kremes lol) for 35 days... RIGHT on up to my Disney trip (then, well.. ). Hopefully, I will be in a much better frame of mind/body to limit treats at WDW instead of binging out of control... Ya think?
So, there it is... Starting tomorrow (really!)... Do I keep track here? Or just let Sir Alex know when I have completed it? Does anyone want to be my sugar challenge buddy?
