How do I hook up my laptop at DVC?

DVC owner, so I get it free, but don't know how.
I am thinking about taking a loaptop.
How do I hook it up?
Do I input a code?
Use a cable?

There's an ethernet cable in a pouch in the closet. The pouch is attached to a hanger.

Connect one end of the cable to the ethernet port in your laptop.

Next, look for the ethernet port in the villa. In some resorts, it's in the wall near a table. In others, it's a little connector that's sitting on a table. Plug the other end of the cable into the port.

Open a web browser on your laptop. A web site will automatically load that explains the service. Click to accept the service.

You're on the internet.

Don't fret when you read that there is a charge for the internet because it does say that when the tutorial pops up. As a DVC owner it is free and it will not show up on your bill when you check out.

The last few times we stayed the ethernet cable was attached to the wall. We bring a travel router from home to use for a wireless connection.

If there is not a cable, housekeeping will bring one. I have had several rooms without cables.

We always bring a wireless router because DH enjoys using the laptop on the balcony, LR etc. and sometimes the hookup is in the bedroom.
