How do I handle this?

We have 3 rooms booked at WL woods view. 1st room for 11-29 - 12-6 (2 adults, 2 children) and 2nd and 3rd rooms for 12-2 - 12-7 (2 adults in each room).

What is the best way to do this? All members of our party want 2 queen beds, no bunk beds. And we'd like to have all the rooms in the same hallway, same floor. I know connecting and adjoining is a bit too much to ask for, but what do you think?

I know about the 3-day advance request to the room assignment manager (I have had this work and not work), but I've never worked with 3 rooms and 2 arrival dates.

We also have two rooms with two families for 11/27-12-7 and are hoping for rooms close together. I am also concerned.

If you go to the disneyworld.com sight and type in all of those dates you will find the resort is to capacity for many of them. I don't have a lot of hope for getting ours close together, so trying not to get my hopes up. If we do, it will be the icing on the cake. If not, maybe it was meant to be (too much family isn't always the best idea! lol!)

You might be okay because the others are arriving on 12/2 and that might be one of the dates that wasn't booked solid. Give that date a try and see what happens.

Good Luck!

Have the reservations cross-referenced and make all of your room requests at the time of booking. You can then also fax in the requests on each reservation as early as 5 days prior to arrival. Finally, I would reiterate your preferences at check in.

Connecting will be that hard part. I do not believe that Disney has any queen/queen connecting to queen/queen rooms. They are all King connecting to queen/queen. That is basically an industry standard; one bed connecting to two.

Have a wonderful trip though!

I hope you made the CM at CRO aware of this at the time of booking. They are coded on the ressie when forward to the resort.
I would fax a request to the resort and 4 days seems to be the magic number as that is when the resort gets ressies from CRO.
Follow KarenP advice and have all confirmation numbers listed, so the RA can cross reference.

From all the reports I have cataloged from WL it seems connectiong rooms are one with 2 Queens and one with bunk beds and 1 Queen. There are few Kings at WL.

When the 2nd and 3rd room ressies were made, we were told that they cannot take requests so I figured I could do the fax to the room assignment people when the time came.

What is it now...3, 4, or 5 days before the arrival date to fax them?
