We want to do the Cape May character breakfast at the Beach Club. We're staying at the Grand Floridian. I'm looking to make an ADR for 8:00am. How the heck do I get there? I read that there aren't resort to resort buses? What do I do? :confused3

That's tough to do early in the morning unless Epcot has morning EMH and the monorail is running. if it is, take it to Epcot, walk through FW to France and the International Gateway, and then walk or boat to the Beach Club. If not, I'd suggest taking a taxi to the Beach Club.

I'd check with the front desk to determine if buses are running that early in the morning to and from the parks. If so, take the monorail to MK and from there take the resort bus to the Beach Club. If buses aren't running then, I would just take a taxi.

I'd take a cab. Any of the other options are going to be very time-consuming, and going from the Epcot monorail station to Cape May is a heck of a walk, probably over a mile. A cab will run you about $15, and will get you there nice and fresh and relaxed, in a matter of minutes.

Driving from the GF to BC/YC is easy and should only take you ~10 minutes. If you don't have a car, then a taxi is your next best choice.

If the buses are running, which they may be, go to the MK and take the Yacht Club bus. To be sure that they are running, change your ADR to 8:30 A.M.

There normally are not resort to resort busses. However, for the early morning character breakfasts (where there are special busses), there MAY be a chance.

Be out at the bus stop at 7AM. Get on the MGM bus. Tell the driver you need to get to the Beach Club for breakfast. After he drops off the guests going to DHS, he MAY be able (if his schedule permits) to take you to the Beach Club. If he cannot (and this is where getting on the early bus is needed) you would have to walk from DHS to the Beach Club (approx 20 minutes) or take the boat (if it is running that early).

Taxi will run around $15 and bring you directly to the BC. Cape May is right off the BC Lobby.

The $15 will be worth every penny of not having to leave your room at 7am and hope all your connections woek out, IMHO

Call down to bell service at 7:15, ask for a taxi. By the time you reach Bell services, a taxi should be there waiting to take you directly to the BC.:cool1:
