How do I get the Russian and European Prostitutes banners from popping up?

I just had to do a full wipe of my hard drive, so I lost all my add-ons. I had one that nuked the (at the time it was a girl screaming on Space Mountain, that was at least relevant) ads at the bottom. Now it is basically mail order brides. What add-on can I add to stop seeing these and slowing the heck out of my browser?

Using Google Chrome on a Windows 8 machine.
