How do I get the "100 day challenge, cheat free" logo??

Hi, here is the info... put it in with the IMG tags

http://www.pinecrestdesigns.com/star/01.jpg

then, each day change the 01 to the next...02 etc.

I'm sorry. I guess I only fake being computer savvy to my family. HEEHee

What is an IMG tag? I could follow the directions for the Dis wish member. Does this involve cutting or pasting? I don't know anything about that. I guess I need VERY specific directions.

Put the above in your profile, but take out all of the spaces, see if that helps you out, if not, hopefully some other computer savy people can help.

I've followed the instructions to get my 100 day logo, so this is just the test to see if it works. By the way, if you change the 01 to an 00 (if I haven't even managed one cheat free day) does that work as well?
