How do I get pictures of resorts?

I am just earning my ears and I was wondering how all of you get the pictures of your home resorts on your replies. If someone would explain how to do it I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

I would like to know this as well. we just joined on monday. I think I read you needed a certain number of post to do this. Is that true?
