How do I get my tickets?

I am very new to Universal trips and am used to my park tickets being automatically attached to my account along with my dining plan. I have a universal trip planned with park tickets and dining. When I check in to my room will I get actual tickets and a card to use for dining from the person who gives me my room key or do I have to go to another desk to get those? Can you link your reservations and park tickets to the Universal App?
