How do I get linked to a friend's child on MDE?

I'm going to WDW tomorrow and have set up FP+ for our party, but my friend and I can't figure out how to allow me access to manage her seven year old daughter. When she's signed into her MDE account and she clicks on "edit" her daughter, we see the option to manage the daughter's friends and family. Upon clicking there, her older daughter is listed as a friend/family member and we see to remove her, but there's nowhere to add another person. Does anyone know how to do it?

To add a person that one of your connected friends manages:
From your MDE Account, click on 'Add a Guest'
Select the 'Invite Through a Mutual Friend' tab
Select the connected friend in the drop down list
Select the managed profile you want to add and click Done
Your friend will receive an email to authorize the request.
