How do i get information on how to handle MS, Booking, reservations?

Now that we passed ROFR and just patiently waiting for closing docs to come... just a quick question here: How do I get all the information on how to handle booking reservations, calling MS, or online booking, MA, and all the ins and outs of DVC . When all is set and points are transferred etc... does Disney send me all this info like I'm a new DVC member or does my broker give me all this info... or is it all in a website?? Just wondering.. As soon as I get my points - I'm gearing up to make my first reservation hopefully for the Spring.. I'll be on a 5 month window by then..

Disney sent me a letter(rcvd last friday) That day I called them and made resv. You need this letter for your membership #. When I called they helped me with my 1st stay in May 2013. They were also helpful in getting me a activation code and Club ID. My official card and other paperwork takes another 4-6 weeks to arrive. It took Disney 2 weeks exactly after receiving closing paperwork for them to send me this letter.Dispite many helpful thoughts that I could call MS and get member # over phone they had a "new" policy that meant you must wait for letter.I was less than 7 month and making Memorial weeknd resv but all worked out.Exciting times!Hope this helps.

Once you get your member number and get access to the Members' Website, you can find what you need to know there. You'll want to call MS to get access to the website - waiting for the special number/ID by mail takes a long time, LOL.

Congrats on passing ROFR. Hope the time it takes DVC to get your info on the computer passes quickly for you.
