How do I get a picture to display after my signature?

Some users have a picture that displays at the end of their posts. How do I do that?

Hi there Scarboroughmom... I think I spoke to you a loooooong time ago cause your name sounds real familiar. Anyways... up in the right hand corner there's a box that reads" Welcome, YOUR NAME HERE" and it reads off your last visit to the site and private messages. Well I clicked on the link "private messages" and it took me to a second page. On that second page to the left are several links that allow you to change your signature and all that jazz. The castle under my name can be added when you enter the link that says something about your Avatar. You'll see... play around with the links... You'll have a blast!!!!
