How do I get a Count Down Ticker

Im new to this board, all boards for that matter as this it the onlyone I have been on, im 45 thus barely computer literate, I got here and I read the NY Post Sports Section every am on the net, but I have no idea how to add a trip count down ticker to my posts here, can anyone help me?

I got mine from www.tickerfactory.com

When you get it made there you need to copy and paste the link into your signature (under User CP on the bar towards the top)
