How do I get a birthday noted on reservation?

We are celebrating my DD's birthday and I was wondering if I could have it noted on our hotel reservation. If so do I call the reservation# and have them note it? I understand they probably won't do anything, but thought it would be worth a shot. We're staying at POP and I rememeber when we were there last time seeing a few birthday cards from characters in the windows of rooms. Just thought I'd give a shot.

Yes.
Just call back & have it noted on your reservation.
Last summer, we stayed at BCV & on my DD's 13th b-day, a card was delivered to our room that evening.

If you've made any ADRs, you can call & have her b-day noted on any of those as well. We ate at the princess dinner in Norway on my DD's b-day & they gave her a card signed by all the characters & a cupcake as well.

We had it noted on our Chef Mickey's ADR that week & when they brought us our picture package during dinner I saw that they had put a Mickey Happy B-day graphic on the pictures. I didn't know they could do that.

Also, go to Guest services at any of the parks & ask for a Birthday Button for your daughter to wear. Don't expect anything, but at the least the CMs will wish her a Happy Birthday. Last yr. when we were there for my son's b-day, he received a cupcake with a candle in it for dessert at Sci Fi Dine-In at MGM & we sang to him.
