*How Do I Find Restaurant Hours?

I checked WDWIG for menus, but most don't list the hours of operation. For example, I am interested in the hours of ESPN Club or the Big River Grille. Both say they are open for lunch, but what time does lunch start? Is there a site with restaurant hours listed? Thanks!
