How do I enlarge this picture for T-Shirts

Hello, My Dh and I are going on the VMK Tour at Disney World. And I would like to make t -shirts of our VMK Characters. How to I make the picture bigger to print on out T-Shirts. Thanks for your help. Our characters names are Lucthebeast and LittleBelle.

you could use MS PAINT and do a stretch and get it bigger thats the easiest way.
I also like the one with names.
