We will, more than likely have a 3 year old, 5year old and 7 year old attending the wedding and related events.

How does DFTW count them? Does the 3 year old count as a "person" in the max allowed count for an Escape Wedding? I am assuming the 5 & 7 year old will count towards that final head count in an Escape Wedding.

What about outside photographers and videographers? Do they have to be included in my 20 count for an Escape Wedding? I know the pastor will count (we are dragging ours along--kicking and screaming, yeah right-he's beyond excited!)

And is it true, if you go overr by a couple of people on an Escape Wedding they will let you pay for them vs. bumping up to Wishes? If so, anyone know how many they allow and what the charges are?

Would I be correct in saying, in a Wishes Wedding, you just give them your final number of adults, kids under 9, toddlers 3 and under and vendors

For an Escape wedding you get 20 people total including bride and groom. Even infants count, so your the 3, 5 and 7 year olds count. You can not add anymore people over that 20.

With a Wishes wedding(I am having a Wishes vow renewal, it's the same thing) you can have as many people you want as long as they fit in the venue you pick. Disney charges 3-9 year olds a cheaper price than adults(which is 10 and older). 3 and under are free. You pay a reduced price for vender meals.

As of recently Disney has allowed you to add 5 people for $500. :thumbsup2

I was under the impression that infants (under 3) did not count, but I haven't seen that in writing anywhere.

I have an email from my planner saying children under 2 do not count for Escape weddings....not sure if that helps you though?

Any person age 3 and up counts toward your guest count.
That is what it read in my contract. I hope that helps.

The Pastor will also count as a guest, if he is not included in the recommended list by Disney

So my 1 y/o cousin won't count and my 3 y/o will. That works out great for the 25 guest count! I'm excited!!
