How do I clean up a pic?

When I copy clip art from somewhere & try to re-size it to make it larger, it keeps coming out VERY pixilated. How can I get around that? Is there a special program that can clear it up? TIA

Your best bet is to find the largest clipart you can. You can always shrink the art down and it will still look clear but sadly, when you increase the size of something, it will get blurry.

I am not sure if there is a way to increase the size of something and not have it get blurry, but to the best of my knowledge, that is just not possible!
