How do I change my countdown ticker?

My countdown ticker seems to have re-set itself after our last trip (the first time I used one). How do I change the date in my current counter? Or how do I delete it so I can make a new one? I tried the Sticky videos but am only working from my iPhone for the internet and the video links are broken for my phone. Thanks!
