How do I change dates?

Hello everyone, I have made changes to my dates before (which I know is considered a Cancellation but I did purchase the Insurance) but now with the changes made to the website I just can't find where I can do that again... can someone please help me?

Are you talking about changing your cruise entirely from one date and/or itinerary to another? If so I don't think you can do that online?? We had an Alaskan cruise booked for this coming August and then decided to change it to a Bahamas cruise for January 2017 so I had to call DCL and change it by phone (which was super easy and took only minutes).

I am talking about entirely from one date to another...and I DID do that in the past wondering if it can still be done...

Can't see anything on the new website that allows for such a change the new website is quite finicky

It used to take about 20 seconds to do online. I had to call last time with a 30 minute wait on hold. Most likely the lines were busy with people doing the exact same thing. Have I mentioned how much I hate the new website. I have been pricing out med cruises on Carnivals site I cant believe how easy their site is to navigate.
