How do I book trip spanning use year?

We have a Dec. use year. I’m getting ready to book a late Nov./early Dec. 2018, stay. I seem to recall that I have to call to do this because I’ll be there for both my 2017 & 2018 use years - can someone give me a quick refresher in how I accomplish this?
We’ll most likely do a split stay w/ part at each of our home resorts - does that impact things at all?

We do it all the time with our AKV contract and December visits. Just book to the end of November (However many days. If you only want the 30th just book the one day right at 8:00 when you can get it.)
Then you can call member services when they open and they can add the rest of your dates and have it all together.

If you are doing a split stay, you will have a separate 11 month window for each reservation / home resort. Calling MS works only for the reservation that crosses use years.
