How do I book DME if I paid for hotel through Hotels.com?

Hi all,

I paid for a room at All Stars Music through hotels.com.

How do I go about requesting DME from Disney if I booked through a third-party website?

I didn't see a separate Disney confirmation # on my confirmation page.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Call Disney 407-WDISNEY, give them your confirmation number and ask them to add ME to your reservation. If the hotels.com confirmation does not work for the Disney agent, they can look it up using your telephone number and other information.

OP in case you don't know that you posted the question in two places, here's the answer from hotels.com's ASMusic page.

Guests must pre-book Disney's Magical Express, a complimentary transfer from the Orlando airport to the hotel. Visit www.disneysmagicalexpress.com/USA for registration.

I had more thoughts in your other thread in the Resorts forum that aren't relevant here.
