How do I book a rental car on priceline?

I've booked a hotel room twice on the name your price but that was years ago. My mom got a minivan for $133 last year on priceline out of Tucson. We drove to Disneyland and back.

We would like to rent a car or maybe even a minivan for our trip to Southern Cali for June.

So how do I know what price to bid? What do I start at?

You should begin with an idea of what the rental would cost if you simply booked it, From that point you can begin by bidding about half that price or so. You'll get an idea of what price range will be considered. I've usually ended up paying around 60% of the regular cost.
