how do I ask mS to put my points back?

I want to ask this correctly when I call Here is what I am thinking but I am NEW to dvc:

I have a sept uy and have 100 pts

I booked kidani for march 5 - 13 2010 for 290 pts
100 banked
100 current
90 borrowed.

I want to cancel
kidani for 290 and book OKW for 243 so I can take a sept 2010 trip aswell

I ask for my okw booking to use all my banked all my borrowed and return leftover to the current year correct???

If you are still with me thanks. Now I want to book my sept trip borrowing 100 more points (sept uy)

do I need to bank the leftover okw points? or can I just go ahead and make the ressie?


I hope I get the hang of this soon lol.

what wrote is exactly what you need to ask them. And they will bank them for you on the phone to use for the sept trip.

MS will not bank points for you unless you ask. If you want to use your leftover current UY points for your September 2010 trip, ask MS to bank them first and then use them for that reservation.

The points need to be in the same UY as the reservation dates at the time you make the reservation. If these are Sep 2009 points and your reservation falls within your Sep 2010 UY, the Sep 2009 points are not valid for those dates. You must bank them into your Sep 2010 UY so that they are in the same UY as your travel dates and then make the reservation.
