How do I ask for design to be changed if no longer on the boards or making designs.

I know that this may not be able to be done, but I have a design that I would like again with a little change to it. It is from someone that is no longer on the boards and who is no longer working his webpage either. I have a design to show(I don't know if I can post it or not)

Jor Dak is still around and has his own FB page - but due to the attitudes of some of the mods here is why he can't post here anymore, that plus how busy he was has kind of burned him out!

He is also a little bit involved in our FB Graphics Group but he is really not taking any requests. Some of his previous graphics are posted there.

He did ask me to jump on here and let you know that he does NOT want his designs altered in any way and would also ask that you not post his graphics here either.......

Well, now I have upset him.....He just updated his webpage that someone is asking to alter his image....I didn't want to upset him. Just wanted our favorite design.

I have checked in his images and so far can't find it. I will keep trying, maybe it is in there somewhere.

Should I take the info down???

Hmm... I know how to do that in Adobe Illustrator (not ALTERING that design, but from scratch). But I don't currently have Illustrator on this computer.

We used to create designs like that in our t-shirt shop. We did the "fill with names" thing on a lot of Graduation shirts... like Senior Class shirts... so it's not like it's an original IDEA. So I wouldn't feel bad about "stealing" the concept... I just don't have the software right now... at least I don't think I do... I'll think about this and see if I can come up with a way to do it with the software I have.

I thought I had checked his images already, more than once....but after all this discussion I checked again, and had DH check also....


WE FOUND the original of our names from 2011. So I have it.....

Now I just wish I had not seen the Tinkerbell black and white one just like it...knowing he is not personalizing now.

By the way.....I have said it before, but let me say it again.....

THANK YOU to ALL the designers who help people like me, who have no idea, nor the software to make these designs for our trips. You all do an amazing job and I don't think you can ever know how much I appreciate it. Our matching shirts MAKE our vacations even more magical.

OMG - Kemp, Becky, Kayla are the words. NOTHING at the bottom. The original I just found has Disney family vacation 2011 at the bottom.....but I DO NOT want anything at the bottom, so that I can just reprint for each trip.
