How do I add my ME information to my online room ressie?

I booked my Southwest flights today! yay! How do I add my flight information to my Disney room reservation? I booked my Disney reservation online .....can I add the ME info online? I have searced high & low all over my reservation on the disney site, but can't find where to add ME??

Call them 407-WDISNEY

There used to be a way to add it online, but I don't think it is there anymore. But, once you call and add it, you'll be able to see they did it correctly when you look up your resort reservation online.

There is a different number for ME...it's a direct line. It might be better than calling the 407-WDISNEY line. Sorry, I don't have the number anymore but someone on here will have it.

There IS a spot for it. OK disneyworld.com is having some ISSUES right now at this moment, so I have to go by memory. Log in, go to My Reservations, go to find your reservation (put in res number, name etc), then there is a Ground Transportation link, click that, and it should show you a page to add DME.

Was I able to use it? No. For one of three reasons. One, maybe it's just a decoy put there to frustrate us, LOL. Two, the CM said that my email address and phone number weren't on it and that keeps a person from getting the info through. Three, what I believe is the case, the page desperately NEEDS you to book both to and from the resort (or from and to the airport)...and I wasn't...we have a very split stay, and I was only booking TO the resort on that reservation, but there was no spot for that.

(however there IS a page on the DVC website for adding DME, or possibly simply requesting that they do it, and I did that for getting back to the airport)

If you are a dvc member, you can enter it right from their website 2 weeks before your trip. If you are not a member, call the main reservation number, and give it to them over the phone.

Just call whomever you booked your room reservation with and have them add it to the reservation. Then, a month or so before you travel, you can call DME directly to make sure you are in their system. If, for some reason, you aren't, there is still plenty of time to get your packet with vouchers and luggage tags.

If booking through DVC, and you are the owner of the points, you can make DME right on the member site. I wouldn't wait until just two weeks before the trip though...way too much room for error. Do it as soon as you have booked your airfare.
