How do I add my DL countdown?

Can someone tell me how to add my DL countdown to my posts? I see others have done it an I am confused.

If you to the bottom of the list of forums there is a "Technical Board". It gives step by step instructions on how to add a counter. Godd luck! And welcome to the boards!
