OK. I'm certain it operator error, but I cannot figure out how to add a Dining Plan to my reservation. I visit the Vacation Center, but when I follow the steps there isn't a link anywhere to do so. Help?! What am I doing wrong?

When you sign in go into vacation planning, then the drop down menu has numerous choices on the left. On the right there are two things listed, the second is about Disney dining. Click and then continue from there. Or if you pull up your vacation on the right they used to have options i.e. Purchase travel insurance, add dining plan....
If not just call MS and add it through them, so you know it's done. The website makes me nervous sometimes

The website doesn't have the ability to add it for trips starting in 2016 yet. Best bet is to call member services and see if they can add it for you.

Do they have the price for 2016 yet? That might be the problem.

They have the price for cash guests, but I don't think they've officially announced the DVC pricing. I emailed MS and they told me it could be added and gave me pricing for 2016, here's the relevant part of their response:
