How difficult is it to get at Thanksgiving?

How difficult is it to get Vero Beach or Hilton Head for this Thanksgiving? Do those resorts fill up? Thanks.

I own at SSR and BLT, but I've read that every resort is packed on Thanksgiving............however, if you go a few days either side you may have a better chance. Probably not this close to NOvember however.
