How difficult is it to get around Anaheim in the a.m.?

To those who live in the Anaheim area, how nasty is your morning rush hour? We will have to get from Anaheim to Yorba Linda to be there around 7:45 in the morning on Tuesday the 26th, and from Anaheim to Paramount by 8:15 on Wednesday the 27th. We're used to Chicago rush hour traffic, so we're estimating doubling the Mapquest time projections, does that sound do able? Thanks!
