I had my interview yesterday morning. I had first period free, so I was waiting outside the school for my phone call. It was scheduled for 9.15, and when 9.16 hit, I was already panicking. Then my phone shows that I've got a voicemail; the call didn't go through. I panic about whether it will work when she calls back, but luckily, I got it.
There was some more confusion as to whether I had applied for the correct program, because I'm taking dual enrollment classes, but that turned out fine. So the only bad thing about the interview was that I turn 18 on January 18th, and she had to make sure there were arrival dates after that. Thankfully, there were.
After that, the interview went great. Lindsey was extremely exuberant, which made it incredibly easy to talk to her. She was very excited about my previous work, which involved a lot of multi-tasking and cash handling; we discussed attractions, merchandise, QSF&B, and custodial (this was only briefly mentioned because of the Guest interaction).
I think it went well; now I'm just sitting in for the wait.
