Last year I vowed to lose weight before cruise, had 6 months didn't lose an ounce. we are now going on cruise this next Ocober and I really want to lose weight. Not just for the cruise but at least that reasoning gives me ambition. I have gained about 6 pounds since last cruise in October. History - I was always a twig, skinniest (horrible eater -junk food) of my friends throughout school and college weighed about 105 pound before I got pregnant. Well I gained 60 pounds with first pregnancy. Yeah way more than your supposed to, well I thought it would all come off since I never had problem with weight before. So I have dd and lose about 30 pounds. (not working out) I was now 135 and I hated it. Through the next 5 years gained about 5 more pounds. Up to 140 now prego with 2nd child. add another 60 pounds (you think I would have learned and not got ice cream every day) So I am 200 pounds when DS is due, it looked like I was having twins. After son was born I lost 25 pounds down to 175. I then went on this Prism diet kind of like Atkins no carbs or comforst foods. I am a huge meat eater and pasta eater no veggies or rice for me
I have horrible eating habits anywway getting by on mostly chicken and cheese I managed to lose about 15 pounds over the next couple months putting me at 160. Well over the past 5 years I have managed to work my way up to 185. I feel so bad for DH this is not the woman he married. Every once in a while I will be good and walk on treadmill for about 30 minutes daily but that only lasts about two weeks before I fall off the wagon. So my combination of low exercise and horrible eating is really hindering my wieght loss. I just feel like no matter how much I work out nothing will happen, so why bother. I know alot of my friends have the attitude, I ate horrible today I need to work out double. I am opposite if I eat horrible I say why bother I already ruined it. I know, I know!!!
Anyone have any great inspirational weight loss stories you care to share,
I know this is very personal to some but if anyone is willing to spill the beans please do so. I have one friend who has yet to gain alot of weight from their prenancies, most look the same a couple weeks after, what the heck
