How did you find the DISboards?

I found out about it from a timeshare bulletin board. We own a timeshare in Orlando and a couple in the Hawaiian Islands, and people on the Florida timeshare threads often referenced the DIS boards for more information about WDW. I checked it out and really liked the community board. There's so many really nice, fun people here. I signed up on my birthday two years ago and find a "dose of DIS" a great way to de-stress. I love looking at resort and park photos and sharing a little Pixie Dust with all of you.

My DH found it back in early 2000 when we were planning our June 2000 WDW honeymoon. At first I thought he ws weird for talking to strange internet people. lol! It didn't take me long to get hooked and now I'm on here MUCH more than him.

I read about the DISboards on cruise critic dot com when I was doing research for our upcoming Disney Cruise. I started out on the Cruise Boards and then added the DVC boards, then the CB.

I stumbled upon the DIS like the OP in 2004. Been here ever since.

We joined DVC in 2004 and DH ran a search to find anything on it for more info. That led him to the DVC DIS boards and he started a login name. I took over the account and have used it ever since. I wish I could change it somedays, because slk537 has pretty little significance to me, but I'm stuck with it.
