How did you feel after riding EE?

After riding EE how did you feel?

  • Normal, completely fine

  • Slightly "off", just a little dizzy or shaky

  • Dizzy and shaky to the point that I needed to sit down for a little bit

  • Absolutely awful, had to leave the park and rest for a couple of hours

We rode it a few times and felt fine afterwards. Both the sweetpea and I had that adrenaline rush feeling. My mom felt ok, but did not want to go on it again.

EE was great. We went to the preview of Mission Space and that made both of us sick.

Well, I ate a breakfast burrito at RFC around 8.45, and I was on EE before 9.30. I rode it twice in a row then did Primeval Whirl and felt absolutely fine.

It's not a bad coaster at all (I've ridden far worse) - but there are people who can't handle the backwards bit, I guess because it's a different kind of movement than forwards. Didn't bother me though.

This must be it ? Because I went on Primeival Whirl 3x in a row with my kids and was fine. Like I've said, I've done Hulk ....Kraaken.....RNR.....not a prob at all. But I really think it is the backwards part that gets me on EE. I don't get motion sickness easily.....I've gone on a couple cruises where friends/family got queasy with the rocking of the ship.....not me. It's weird about EE.

I started the thread "EE was my biggest nightmare". But after reading all the comments above, I guess I got off easier than some. Like I said, when we went backwards and then into the helix in the dark, that really made my stomach lurch. I already felt sickly from that and the fast circular tracks at the end did not help. I think I could have handled all but the backwards helix. I don't know why it gets some people and not others. ToT is completely fine to me. And so are most roller coasters. But I felt very sickly and shaky at first. We went to the Flight of Wonders show after so I could sit for a while, and eventually I felt better. At least I didn't actually get sick or have to leave the park. It's been very interesting seeing the varied reactions of others. And all the information about what exactly happens on the ride and the simulation as well!

I voted, but the answer wasn't quite right. I said "normal, fine" but it was better than that... I was sooooo excited! Just a huge adrenaline rush. I was all smiles and rode it immediately after. Rode that sucker 3 times in a row before we moved on to Dinosaur. I love it!!!

My poor husband was so sick after EE. I thought he was going to be done for the rest of the day. He took a short nap while we had lunch and then was doing better.

My DD9 and I rode it 8 times in one day! No effect on either of us, other than disappointment when she found out the unofficial record was 24.

Thanks everyone! I am hoping to have no problem at all. Now that I see 90% riding with little or no problem I am feeling more confident!

Much Thanks! :daisy:

I don't do 'drops', I was forced on this ride by my husband. I also on occasion suffer from Vertigo for no reason whatsoever. But after riding this, I had no motion sickness, no vertigo.
I won't admit this to my husband, but I actually liked it ;)

I loved it! I'd have gone again but sadly the line was over an hour long!

It's nowhere near as terrifying as ToT but it puts Space Mountain to shame!

sorry probably quiet random, but now I found where my other tag came from lol

I was fine on it & after it until the 5th consecutive ride. Then I started to get a headache & felt like I needed to stop.
We went back the day after for 3 more rides before heading to the airport.

An aside, I do get motion sickness on airplanes, I don't normally like backwards coasters, altho I love to go upside down & I don't spin - M:S is out of the question for me. I place ExEV between Space Mountain & RnRC for intensity level.
