how did they create the huge character statues at the resorts

How did they get the 4 story buzz lightyear, other character icons built and installed at the resorts. Is there a construction website or anything with more info, I've searched but must not be finding the right info.
I've only found a small video about AoA and they show a warehouse but then they never explain how they got the characters to the resort.
If anyone has info, I'd love the insight, the characters are unbelievable, I thought maybe they use helicopters or something, it's probably much simpler.
