Did yesterday's Gas Boycott succeed in reducing your gas prices?

Our gas prices were UP today by $0.02.

I don't think the increase was due to the boycott. Even if there was an increase due to the boycott, it would not have occurred this quickly.

Prices here in London went down by about 4 cents a litre.

I don't think the increase was due to the boycott.

Call it coincidence then ~ I filled up Tuesday @ $1.97, yesterday the same station was $1.99, today $2.04!!!

Where I get my gas, the price dropped 2 whole big cents since yesterday.

It seems that the prices are slightly cheaper here in this part of Virginia than in other parts of the country. Don't know why that is.

A lot of times the variation in gasoline prices is due to the taxes that you pay for a gallon of fuel. There are some areas where the formulation of the gasoline is different (Los Angeles, Chicago, etc.) and that can also cause a difference in price.

Up .12 cents...........will it ever stop????? We are now at $2.22 for the cheap stuff.

I just noticed one station today...BP. Same price as yesterday, but they actually have a "deal" compared to other stations here. Mid-grade is $2.03, the good stuff is $2.04.

Curious....how do you know that the fluctuations in the gas prices had anything to do with the "boycott??"

Well the idea was to get them to lower their gas prices, right? Just checking to see if worked :)

From the looks of this very scientific poll it doesn't like like it did.
