I called today and booked all my ADRs for DH and I for our October trip. I decided to run the numbers to see which came out ahead... DDP or using our DDE.
We have 7 nights, and booked 6 of our favorite WDW restaurants, my figures are assuming we will get what we usually do, at the sit downs and at Counter Service. I am giving all the Snack credits a value of $3. All beverages will be soft drinks at TS meals.
The restaurants include
Ragland Road
Artist Point
Le Cellier
50's Prime Time
Whispering Canyon Cafe
San Angel Inn

The cost for the DDP will be $532 for the 2 of us.
The total cost using the DDE ( with 18% tip and tax) is $670.22
The total cost of the food with no discount would be $764.32
Even not counting snacks we would still come out $92 ahead.
I think we will go for the DDP!

Did you factor in the cost of buying at least a one-day MYW ticket per person?

:thumbsup2
I love talkin' numbers too!

We do have one day with no WDW TS meal...that day we plan to go over to Citywalk and eat with our Entertainment book coupons....we will probably do IOA that day also.

Margaritaville...here I come!
