How current of a 10K/Half Marathon pace do I need?

The Disney World Half Marathon is my first Run Disney race. How current/old of a 10K/Half Marathon official race time do I need in order to turn into Disney? My last 1/2 Marathon was in October 2013 (full in Feb 2014 but not a time I'd want to use). Mostly I've run/entered 5K's this past year. Thanks.

If corral placement is important to you (and if it's feasible for you as well), you may want to consider running some 10k races over the next few months (certified so they can count, per runDisney rules) to get the best time possible since we have until October to submit times. That's my plan and I am hoping to keep at it. LOL! Like you, I have some longer races to choose from but would prefer the 10k times since the pace is faster. Best of luck!
