How crowded would a Wed in May be at IoA?

It's Wed May 18 we plan to go, so I was wondering will there a lot of kids skipping school? School trips to the park?

I'm just trying to figure out realistically how long we'd be in the park that day... we plan to arrive at opening 9AM... How big is this park to walk around... we will take a shuttle bus so hopefully that drops us off somewhere near the entrance.

I can tell you yesterday wasn't busy at all and I don't think you'd have much trouble that early in May since most schools are still in session. Getting there early doesn't hurt either. As far as the walk is concerned, make sure you have at least one pair of comfortable shoes available. If you plan to do the water rides, you might want to bring a bathing suit and water sandals to change into instead of walking around wet all day.
