How crowded will Le Cellier be?

Since 90% of the posts I read regarding the continued rehab of Teppan Edo have the posters choosing Le Cellier as their replacement restaurant I am concerned about the crowds. I can't imagine how they are going to fit in all those extra people. Any ideas?

Le Cellier is normally booked solid, so it is always crowded. Every time I have been there, they did not accept walk ups. Le Cellier is one of the most popular places in all of WDW.

That said, I was always seated within my ADR time, and they same to be used to the crowds and try to manage them well.

I'm on the phone with guest services now. She says LeCellier is booked "in the red" for our night and they simply can't take anymore reservations -- even from those who've lost out on Teppenyaki (like us!). So, I would imagine it will be more insane than ever there -- and that they'll be pushing people in and out at top speed.

I just tried to book for Nov 10th or 11th, they are booked solid for dinner :sad1: THIS IS THE 3RD YEAR I TRIED TO GET IN THERE.......sorry I needed to vent

I was at Le Celier last week and the waitress told me they are booked solid through January...can that be possible???? I thought 60 days is the most advance you could book an adr????

IIRC, it's 180 days. And speaking of that, guess I won't bother trying to get an ADR for 2nd week of December. (Well, I may try but I better have a couple of backups!)

I would try, that should be slightly less crowded, so you may get in, especially if you are flexible on times..

Le Cellier has been booked solid since DDP started. because this is a great restaurant and only one credit it is always booked.

I made reservations last week for 1/25/08 and was told we called just in time; I was told it is the most popular restaurant in Epcot and fills up quickly

I booked a Jan 5th 2008 about a week ago and didn't get the time I wanted. I was happy to get a ADR for 45 minutes off our requested time.

we ate there thursday the 2nd at 4:10pm, party of 15. It was not crowded at all...but that could be because of the time...

Just booked today for December 14 at 5:00pm, no problems getting the time, it was a candlelight processional package so maybe they leave some available for that?

Yeah I am going to eat at Le Cellier in Sept, and I am concerned about the crowds as well. I have never eaten there before- but the seating looks extremely close together, seems like it is going to be a very busy environment.
