Please tell me how crowded it will be the week of February 9th and is it worth the extra money to add the Dining Plan?

Crowds usually aren't bad until President's weekend. We had the dining plan on our last trip in February 2006 and loved it. But this time since they have taken away appetizers and you now have to pay gratuity it just doesn't seem worth it. I figured approximately what we would spend and I know I can do it cheaper then the dining plan now.
Good luck!

Febuary is a great time to go, hardly no crowds, we went the same time frame and hardly had to use fast passes. The weather is good . Although predict to bring warm clothes some days it was quite chilly. As fo the dinning plan I agree with JennSaint. No appetizers and you have to pay the tip. It's not worth it... In my opinion.:hippie:

For us, this time around we figure the Dining Plan is still worth it, even without appetizers and having to pay the tips. We're traveling with MIL this year, and I know she won't want to have CS meals every meal, and will appreciate the opportunity to sit down for a more "relaxed" meal at least once a day. We had fun sitting down and picking out our restaurants for our upcoming trip.

We are staying club level, so breakfast is taken care of, (except one morning for cinderella's royal table breakfast), we just grab a CS lunch, and do one table service a day. The dining plan just DOES NOT appeal to me.
