We went last week during our Spring Break to the Mason OH location. We stayed Sunday to Monday and I was expecting the worst but it was actually not bad at all! The longest line we had was at check in right at 1pm. That took about 30 minutes and the manager was passing out free slices of pizza. You could skip the check in line and get your wrist bands if you wanted to officially check in later. The big rides had waits of 20 minutes or so but overall the park did not feel overly crowded. I know it was not a sold out night when we were there so that helped us out. We were able to upgrade at check in from a loft suite to the 2bedroom2bath for $50. TOTALLY worth it with 5 kids and 3 adults all in the same room.
Have fun if you decide to go!
No way would I do it. Not just for crowds, but the prices during our spring break are outrageous.
I have been to GWL about 6 times now. I cannot imagine waiting more than 5 minutes to go on any slide.
We haven't done GWL at a peak time, but our last trip to Kalahari ended on the Wed before Thanksgiving and that last day the waterpark area was so packed that we decided to head home midday rather than staying until evening the way we usually do.
TOTALLY OT, but I love your garden!! Where did you get the topiaries?
I love disney, but I don't like most disney decorations - I would totally do that though!
