How Crazy is MNSSHP on Oct 31?

Is it like being in the MK on Christmas Day? How bad is it? And how soon do the tickets sell out? Do I need to decide today? I need some input quickly, I guess! Thanks!

I don't know typically when it sells out, but MNSSHP has been growing in popularity so I wouldn't be surprised if it sells out sooner. That being said, I want to say it doesn't sell out until August or September. I don't recall it ever selling out this early.

As for how crazy it is, I'm not sure if they sell more tickets for Halloween night than they do other parties? I've been to another party not on Halloween night that was sold out and it wasn't crazy - we found wait times and crowds to be very comparable to what they were during the day. Most wait times were 20 minutes or less except for headliners.

I was there last Halloween night. It was sold out, but it did not sell out until the first week of October. It was not that crowded in my opinion. Ride waits were non-existent, even for Haunted Mansion. The parade route was pretty crowded, but fireworks viewing was easy to get a good spot at the back of the hub. In a word, it was AWESOME! They don't let as many people into the parties as the park would be at capacity (Christmas). I highly recommend it!

LOL. Yeah, I don't think there's any question that I will buy the tickets, I just want to know what to prepare myself for crowd-wise! :) We have done the party once before, just not on the 31st. I wouldn't miss those fireworks for anything!

I was at the party last Halloween. It was sold out, but a lot of the rides were walk-ons. Didn't seem crowded at all. Loved being there on Halloween! Seeing so many people dressed up was great. There were some really good costumes. I would definitely go on Halloween again!

We were there for 3 parties during that week. 29 October, 31 October, 1 November. All 3 parties were sold out.

Main Street always looks really packed from 6pm. People are arriving for the party while day guests are leaving. People are lining up for the first parade (which starts at 8:15pm) almost as soon as they arrive. They stay put for HalloWishes. Once you start visiting the other lands in the park, it's much quieter. The lines for rides are almost non existent.

If you have a rough plan, this will help. Know what characters you want to meet and where they are. Kenny the Pirate always has a great run down once the parties have started. This will help you to see who you want.

Unless it's really important to you, I wouldn't watch the parade or HalloWishes from Main St. You need to line up for at least 2 hours before to get a front row spot. Watch the second parade from Liberty Square. We lined up there 15-20 minutes before and have gotten a front row spot.

You can watch HalloWishes from Fantasyland. We like watching it from there, it actually puts you in the middle of the fireworks as many come from behind Fantasyland.

We have done the Halloween party several times, but our family favorite was the time we went on Halloween itself. We flew in that morning and it was the first thing we did on our trip. We carried our costumes in our carryon bags! I was worried that with our early flight, we wouldn't have the stamina to keep going at the party, but adrenalin must have carried us through. It was really special to be there on the Holiday itself and not several weeks prior as was the case for most of our MNNSHPs.

I'm guessing that all three of the final parties will probably sell out but I was wondering if they actually sell more tickets on Halloween night, or is a sell out a sell out regardless of which night it is :confused3

We did this from New Fantasyland... we felt surrounded by fireworks... it was great.

They don't release the number of tickets sold. However I have been there on several sold out nights but Halloween didn't feel ore crowded than the other nights.
