How crazy are EE days?

We will be at WDW Aug 2-9 and will be staying at the All star sports hotel. We have always gone to the MK on Sundays and it has worked out welll. I now see that Sundays are a EE day at the MK. Should be try to go? What time should be try to catch a bus to go? Are those mornings so crowded that you should avoid them or go ahead and go? My DS's are 6 and 9.

I would for sure take advantage of EE days - we came back June 16th from A 8TH TO 15TH STAY.... and early entrydays rock - when you have to get on the bus I don't know - but we were able to crank out a days worth of activities before 2 each day and then leave... or I have heard you hit the early morning and then later go to a non EE day park
